Question

I have 3 company accounts and I only see 1 company. How will I access all 3 company accounts?

Hello, @userkevinvarsobia.

 

I have here some details about accessing multiple QuickBooks Online accounts. 

 

You'll see your 3 company accounts in the one list if you're using the same email. But if not, you'll need to sign in one at a time to your business. See the sample screenshot below for your reference: 

 

If you're using the same email and still can't see your companies on the list, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have available tools to check the main reason why your multiple companies are not showing up in the list. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

 

Make sure to call them within business hours to ensure we cater to your concern promptly. 

 

Once you've seen your various accounts, you can just simply click the Switch company button under Profile
