Thanks for taking time to reach out to us here, sgidwani-rissant.

While merging QuickBooks Online subscriptions is unavailable, I have some options to help you move your data from one account to another. Note: You can only export the lists and reports.

To export from the trial account, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear > Export data.
  2. You'll be asked why you're exporting. Choose an answer and click Continue.
  3. In the Export data window, select the Reports and Lists you want to export.
  4. Click Export to Excel.

Then, import the file to the new account by following these steps:

  1. Click the Gear > Import data.
  2. In the Import Data page, select the data block to import.
  3. Browse the file from your computer and map the fields.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish.

For reference, you can check out these articles:

To import bank transactions, you'll want to connect your bank to the new account. You can find the instructions here: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, you can export and convert your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop. Then, move them to your new online account.

Here are the articles for the step by step process:

Please feel free to drop a comment if you have any follow-up questions regarding the exporting and importing process. I'm here to help.
