I have a employee that cannot log in but she is entered as a USER on my end. admin@machineice.com

There are some possible reasons why your employee cannot sign in into QuickBooks Online. Some common sign-in issues are:

 

  • Forgot the password.
  • Forgot the user ID.
  • Application updates.
  • Browser issues

 

Those mentions above are the factors that can contribute to log in issue.

 

However, I have a workaround that might work for you and help you to refresh your account. You can click the I forgot my user ID or Password link on the sign-in page.

 

Here’s how.

 

  1. Go to the QBO sign-in page.
  2. Click the I forgot my user ID or Password link.
  3. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  4. Log in to your email provider and look for the reset email.
  5. Click the correct user ID or the Reset password button.
  6. Enter your current password. You can change it if necessary.
  7. Click the Reset password.
