Question

I have a subscription, $32/mth. I rec'd a email stating, I qualify for a subscript that is reg. $15/mth but the1st 3mths is $7.99, I subscribed. Am I paying on both now?

My monthly payment came out of my banking account and so did the $7.99? Just needing some clarification. Thank you for your time.

For clarification with billing, I suggest contacting our Support Team. They can provide the full details of your bill and the exact renewal amount you will pay next cycle in a secure environment.

Here's how to contact support:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Help menu and then click Contact Us.
  3. Provide query information and then hit Let's talk.
  4. Choose to Start a chat or Get a call.

 

Additionally, if you want to check your previous payment history for the subscription, go to Gear on the upper right. Choose Account and Settings and next select Billing & Subscription, then pick the View payment history link.
