I have an error on my home page to reactivate my payroll subscription, but it is active.

I can help you get through the payroll alert you're receiving, miller-renae. 

 

It's possible that we're unable to successfully renew your payroll subscription. Also, QuickBooks and the Payroll Tax table is not updated. 

 

It looks like that the payroll subscription is already active as showing in your Account Maintenance page. We can do a few troubleshooting steps to get rid of the payroll alerts. First, let's update QuickBooks to the latest release. Then, we can run a payroll update to refresh the payroll settings. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Employees menu. 
  2. Click Get Payroll Update
  3. Toggle the Download Entire Update option. 
  4. Select Download Latest Update to start the update.
