Question
I have asked customer support to fix a problem about sending invoices to my customers Emails they won't go out. They worked months ago. QB said its fixed, its not fixed!
This is referring me to issues that are not related. When will QB customer support fix my issues Ive been using and paying for years. So far I'm not happy with their support of their customers. I have been referring to my case number and QB just sends me an email weeks later that it's fixed and it's not. Who can I talk to, to get answers?
