I have been billed for months now trying to cancel this subscription. I do not use the service. never have.

Follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed on a web browser.
  2. Select the Gear icon.
  3. From the Billing Info, click Cancel subscription.

 

If you subscribed from a mobile app store, check this link: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription. Then, proceed to the Cancel your subscription bought through a mobile app store section.

 

Additionally, if the features of QuickBooks Self-Employed don't meet your business needs, you may want to switch to QuickBooks Online.
