I have been trying to add my accountant, and have filled out the info, and completed the verification 15 times. It is not working.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can finish the process of adding your accountant in QuickBooks. Sometimes the stored cache and cookies in your browser can be corrupted leading to problems when opening websites like QBO. 

To resolve this, let's access your QBO account in incognito mode. Below are the shortcut keys you can use depending on your browser type:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, add your accountant again. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon then Manage users.
2. Click Accounting firms.
3. Select Invite.
4. Type your accountant's name and email address, then click Save.

If this works, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to have a clean slate. If not, I recommend using another supported browser. It could be that your current browser has a temporary issue with QuickBooks. 

Just in case you'll need an additional person to manage your QBO account, you can easily add them as one of the users. Then, to manage what they can and cannot do within your company file, you can restrict their access.
