I have cancel three different times now. I canceled this in beginning of April. I was charged redid the cancel in may again charged. Now I was charged again here in June

If you're still charged after cancelling your QuickBooks Online account three times now, I recommend you contact our Customer Support team. 

 

All account-related concerns are handled by our phone supports for security reasons. Our support has a special tool to look into your account and help you further.

 

 Here's how you can contact us:

 

  1. Login to your QBO company.
  2. Select Help (?) from the top.
  3. Select between Talking to a Human or Chat.
