I have paid for my subscription, but I am still receiving notifications that I am in a 'trail' and tha I need to subscribe. Can you help me resolve this issue?

This error usually happens if you've open the trial account instead of the paid subscription. To resolve the issue, make sure to use the correct login credentials on the Sign-in page.

 

If the same thing happens, I would suggest reaching out to our Support Team so they can review your account further. 

 

To contact support:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant menu at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Select from Message an agent or Get a callback.
