I have paid for the 2020 Quickbooks on Dec. 21, 2019. When do I receive it?

Thank you for purchasing QuickBooks, rcrannell.

When you purchased QuickBooks through the internet, you would receive a confirmation email with your registration numbers and instructions to download the installer. Please check your Spam and Trash folders. However, the license number would expire if not activated within a month. For this reason, I would recommend contacting our Support for options.

1. Click on Help.
2. choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Copy and paste your question in the description box. You can also state that you want to talk to a human.
5. Click on Start messaging.

While you're on the phone, you can download the installer so you can proceed to the registration and activation processes.

1. Open this link: https://downloads.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/products.
2. Select United States (US) for the country.
3. Choose your QuickBooks product.
4. Select 2020 for the version.
5. Click Search and click the Download button in green on the next page.

You can install QuickBooks after downloading it. See the video tutorials on the download page (sections 2 and 3).
