I have sent my accountant multiple invites and when he clicks on the link it does not accept and he does not get access to my company

This may be a browser-related issue. To fix this, advise your accountant to accept the invite using a private browser. There are times that cache and cookies stored on the browser cause problems when running websites. The following are the shortcut keys they can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Once signed in, let them accept the invitation again:

  1. Open the invite email.
  2. Click the Accept Invitation.
  3. Sign in with existing user ID and password.

If this works, they'll need to clear their regular browser's cache. This is to remove the damaged and corrupted files to have a clean slate. If the same result, they can use other supported browsers. The one

they currently using may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
