I have the QB self employed app, but when I sign in to QB self employed online it says I have no subscription

Hi, @crazyduc996.

 

When opening QuickBooks, fill in the correct User ID and password to avoid this error message. Moreover, please ensure to install the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app and not the QuickBooks Online version.
