I have the total for subscription pending in my bank account. I need it removed and only want to be charged monthly

I'm here to take care of your account billing concern, @userblueatlasturf.

 

When you switch from annual (total) billing to a monthly payment schedule, you may need to wait until you have 30 days before your next payment. You can change your billing schedule manually as long as you're the account Admin.

 

Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Gear icon, and then choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Choose Switch to monthly billing.
  5. Click Switch, and then Done.

If you're unable to do so, I'd suggest contacting our support team. They can help check your pending subscription amount and change your payment schedule.
