I have too many invoice templates that were created over the years. Is there a way to run a report that tells me the last time each type was used?

Thanks for asking the Community today. Currently, you can only run some invoices-related reports in QBO, then use filters to review all invoices used.

To do this, simply go to the Accounting menu, then select Reports. You may select either of these reports: 

• Invoice List report shows all your invoices, ordered by date.
• Open Invoices reports give details of all the unpaid invoices and statement charges, with totals for each customer.
• Invoices and Received Payments report highlights all the payments you’ve received and the invoices that go with them.
