I have tried linking my amazon account multiple times. I am using the correct password, but the capcha never seems to work to finalize the verification process.

To make sure that I give you the best solution, are you receiving any error messages? If you're given this message, "Error connecting to Amazon. Please check your credentials and try again," then I recommend one of two options:

  • Clear your browsing data. This will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh page to remove any error messages or glitches that may be occurring.
  • Reset your password within Amazon.

 

However, if you're still having an error, I suggest reaching out with amazon if there's an on going issue on their end.
