Hello there, @icsrapidcity. Thank you for reaching out to us here at The Community.

I want to ensure to get this login issue sorted out so you can get back to business.

QuickBooks Time only offers a 30-day free trial and extending it is unavailable at this time. You mentioned that it shows an error, can you provide us the exact code or message?

As an initial troubleshooting step, let's start by opening a private browser or incognito mode. When using any of these sessions, none of your information is saved or tracked along the way.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

If you already access the Sign In page and still experiencing a different issue, check out the Get help if you can't sign in to your account guide. The troubleshooting is scenario-based, so I suggest following the steps that fit your situation.

Also, you may want to reach out to our customer care support if you have more account questions.

I'd love to hear how this goes. If you have additional questions on this, or if these solutions don't work for you please don't hesitate to reach back out. Don't worry! We'll make sure you get back in asap. Take care!
