Let me share some clarification about eliminating a QuickBooks account.

 

Currently, QuickBooks Online allows one company per subscription. Since you have two accounts, it means you also have two active subscriptions.

 

I recommend you get rid of the duplicate by canceling it through the Account and settings section. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click Settings ⚙, then press Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online
  5. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  6. Follow the next steps.
  7. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Select Got it.
