I just got done filing my taxes and got this free year of quick books but it redireted me to a new quickbooks. I want my free year added to my current quickbooks account

The option to add the free QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription to your current QuickBooks account isn't applicable since these two are separate accounts.
 

However, you can reach out to our phone support to check what other options we can do for your account.
 

1. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
2. Enter the same keyword (Talk to a human) when prompted. 
3. Click I still need a human.
4. Select between Message an agent and Get a callback.
