I just made a purchase of 25$ With mobile then i try to login with laptop but it says can’t find the account

I'm here to walk you through some troubleshooting steps to access your QuickBooks Online account.

 

The website may not be responding properly due to it's outdate and corrupted cache stored in our browser. Let's perform some steps to check if there's an underlying browser issue.

 

We'll start by accessing the account through a private window. Use this shortcut keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you're able to login to your account without getting any message, let's go back to your regular browsing window and clear it's cache. This will remove outdate and corrupted files and refresh your browser's settings. You can also check out other supported browsers that works best with QuickBooks Online.

 

Also, make sure to check if you're using the correct login credentials where the subscription is attached to. Typically, your user ID is an email address. If you can't remember which email you used, try entering a phone number.

  1. Go to the sign in help page.
  2. Click on Try something else.
  3. Fill in the necessary information, then Continue.
