I recognize how important your account subscription is, Jessica. I'm here to help you out.

This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience caused by the cancellation of your account without prior notice.

The primary reason for the cancellation of a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is due to outdated billing information. Ensure to review the billing details, especially the card linked to your account.

If the billing card information is up to date, I recommend resubscribing/ reactivating the account.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click Settings, then select Subscriptions and Billing.
  3. For your QuickBooks plan, click Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info. Lastly, press the Subscribe button.

If the account continues to cancel unexpectedly, I advise reaching out to our Support team for further investigation.

  1. Select Help at the top.
  2. Click the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Select a topic or enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Hit Continue, then select Start a Chat and Get a Callback.

In addition, please note that our customer support hours for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start are available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. The QBO Advanced offers support anytime, any day.
