I just set up my chart of accounts with all accounts assigned to the correct classes (exp, asset, inc, liab, SE). However, these new accounts are not generated in reports

I set up my chart of accounts, all the accounts are linked to the correct classes that I'd like them to be connected to. Now I am trying to generate my reports to see how these accounts appear on standard reports like my income statement, balance sheet,

Allow me to share a few information about how reports are generated in QuickBooks Online, bblrproperties-g.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) reports are generated based on the transactions entered. You'll want to make sure that Classes is assigned to a specific transaction so you'll be able to view the information you need. Then, you can run and customize reports accordingly.
