I just signed up and it isn't what I thought it was going to be. How do I cancel without being charged for it?

You can follow these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
2. Go to Billing Info, then click Cancel Trial or Cancel subscription.

If you're using the 30-day trial version, you'll not get charged if you haven't added any billing info. If you've subscribed, you'll want to get in touch with our customer care support to verify any charges.
