We truly appreciate your business and looking forward to serve you again. Your QuickBooks Subscription is due for renewal on June 6th 2023. We tried renewing your subscription automatically but we couldn't process your payment.

How do I fix it?
Renew your subscription by June 7th 2023 to avoid cancellation of your account. Use below link to login to your account and renew your subscription

Know that your security is our top priority. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can help you check the emails you receive to determine if they're from our end. These are the steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

For more details, please see this article: QuickBooks Online Support.

In addition, I've got this article to help you phishing, spam, spoof, or hoax emails: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

Please let me know how it goes or if you have any additional QuickBooks-related queries. I'll be here, ready to help you out again. Stay safe, and have a nice day!

Login to your QBO account as the Primary Admin and navigate to the Billing and Subscription menu to check your status.

Of course, that's the first thing I did and all are good but these look very legit.  Do you see anything wrong with them?
