I keep the books for my church. I enter all the giving as customers. I want to create a YTD report to give to each church member. How do I create that report?

QuickBooks Online offers several reports that are included in your subscription, shinerbaptistchu.

You'll want to run the Profit and Loss YTD Comparison report to get the information you need. To pull up the report, here's how:

1. Click the Reports menu. 
2. Search for the report.
3. Click Customize on the upper-right corner, then click Change columns. 
4. Tick the Year-to-data box.
   
5. Click Run report.

For more information, you can also customize your reports to show the information you want. 

After customizing your reports, you can print or export them to make sure that you have a personal record or file. This way, it's much easier for you to track your business.
