I logged in and QB made me "resubscribe" and now I've lost EVERYTHING.

When I logged into QB, I suddenly got a screen asking me to resubscribe, despite being on Autopay every month. I went through the motions and now it's like a brand new account - all banking is gone, all chart of accounts empty, everything I have worked on for YEARS is GONE. What do I do!?!?! What has happened !!!

It's crucial to effectively use QuickBooks Online (QBO) without encountering any difficulties, paradisefound. Let me explain why you might be unable to view your data in the program.

There are a few potential reasons why you haven't seen all your data in the system. Firstly, it's possible that you accidentally created a second QuickBooks company using the same login credentials and opened it instead. Secondly, you might have used an incorrect sign-in link. These issues could be preventing you from accessing your data within the program.

Let's verify it by logging in to your QBO account again and see if there's another company file. Please see the screenshot below for visual reference:

If you come across another company, choose the correct one. You can also can switch between them quickly within the program.

I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team if you don't see another company file. They have the necessary tools to start a screen-sharing session to examine your account and create an investigation if necessary.

You'll want to update your credentials in QuickBooks Online. Please refer to this article: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.

Rest assured, we're committed to resolving your concern and are here to support you every step of the way. If you need further assistance or have additional questions, I'm just a message away!
