Do you need to login as Primary User or Accountant?

Did you receive any error message upon logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account? Any additional information would help us provide the right resolution based on the error.

 

Let's perform a few troubleshooting steps to verify if this is a browser-related issue. 

 

You can use a private browser and perform the task there. This window doesn't save the browsing activities of the local device.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to help you open a private window: 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

If you're able to log in, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Also, using other supported browsers can help us narrow the cause of this behavior.
