I'm looking for unemployment report for q3 and Q4last year as well as Q1 this year

We can run the Tax Liability report this will show the unemployment report with taxes you need to pay and the ones you’ve already paid. 

Here's how to pull up the report:

1. Go to the Reports tab at the left pane.
2. In the search bar, type in and select Tax Liability Report.
3. Filter the date to the quarter that you need.
4. Click Run Report.

However, you can archive the reports and print directly in QuickBooks Online.

1. Click Taxes in the left pane.
2. Select Payroll Tax.
3. Click Quarterly Forms and tap View and Print Archived Forms.
4. Choose the desired form.
5. Select the liability period.
6. Hit Archive.
