I'm pleased to help you address this issue, @chayaleah1980-gm.

I've here some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve your report concern. This way, you can email the reports quickly.

Most of the QuickBooks Online reports have an email option. Therefore, you should be able to send them at any time. Missing buttons are usually the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. Not to worry, you can clear them in just a few easy steps.

To start, log in to your account through an incognito window. This way, we can see if it's browser-related. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  •  Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

From there, re-open the report, and you'll see the Email option beside the Print icon. See the illustrations below for your reference.

For more information, check out this link: Run reports in QuickBooks.

If that works, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache to clean the slate.

If these are QuickBooks Online Payroll reports, the only available option is to Export to Excel and Print or save PDF. That's why you're unable to see the email icon.

Additionally, I've included some articles to see the different reports available in your version and memorize them:

Moreover, may I know what specific reports you're trying to email it? Any additional information will help me provide you exact troubleshooting steps.

Remember that you can always ask me about any topics or other processes within QuickBooks. Please stay healthy and safe during this pandemic.
