I’m trying to cancel my subscription and I keep getting a pop up that says don’t go, when I X it out it goes right back to the page, and won’t let me cancel!?

We have an ongoing investigation about not being able to cancel a QuickBooks Self-Employed account. While we're unable to provide a workaround, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can add your company information to our notification list, so you'll be notified via email if there's an update.
