I'm trying to print April 2020 through July 2020 Expenses. Those dates will not pull up. I can only go back to August 2020

It'd be my pleasure to help you get to the bottom of this and make sure you're able to print the expenses data.

Sometimes, the unusual behavior you encounter in the program is often the result of browser hang-ups. This can be quickly resolved by clearing the browser's cache. However, I recommend accessing your account in a private browser or incognito first. This mode will not save your browsing history. 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

Next, go to the Expenses tab and filter the transactions to the specified date. If you're able to pull up data from April to July 2020, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Finally, restart your browser to refresh the browser settings.

Alternatively, try using a different supported browser. 

You can also customize the Transaction List by Vendor report to view the expenses. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
2. Type Transaction List by Vendor in the search field.
3. Set the Report period and click the Customize button.
4. Go to the Filter section and select Expenses from the Transaction Type drop-down.
5. Click Run report.
