Question

I'm trying to setup reoccurring transactions but QB isn't allowing me to. Do I need to have a specific subscription for this? If so, which one?

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. I found information regarding your inquiry. It seems that based off this article, create recurring transactions in QBO, you need to have either Essentials, Plus or the Advanced subscription.

 

As your business grows, we understand there are certain needs and features you may require. If you would like to upgrade your subscription at any time I can provide the steps to do so.

 

  1. Select Settings and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription menu.
  3. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade.
  4. Choose the plan you want, and select Upgrade.
  5. Confirm your payment information and select Save.
