I'm unable to process my tax payment. Each time I use the window it declines my payment due to incorrect password. I was able to sign into EFTPS successfully

Hello @ajpinque,

 

Recently, the IRS has upgraded their password requirements for EFTPS and this is the reason why you received an error message saying you have an incorrect password.

 

That being said, let's manually process your tax payment directly from the EFTPS website so you can file it without any errors. To do so, simply go to the EFTPS page and click MAKE A PAYMENT.
