I made a mistake and deleted the two years before. Can I restore a QB back after input some data?

Thanks for asking us here in the Community. I know how you wanted to bring back those deleted transactions in QuickBooks. 

We are unable to restore deleted items in QuickBooks Online. However, you can use the Audit Log report to view and re-enter them. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Reports tab, then enter Audit Log in the search box.
2. In the report, locate the voided transactions, then click the View hyperlink.
3. Then, hit Show all.

Once done, you can use that information and manually re-create the items. Check out this article for more insu=ights: How to create an invoice.
