It's sad to see you go. However, I wanted to make it easy on your end to cancel your account.   

 

Before that, I'll share what happens to your data after cancellation. The length of time QuickBooks Online stores your data under our retention policy depends on how your account is canceled. I recommend exporting or printing them before canceling your account.

Here's how: 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel
