I need help cancelling my subscription. I cancelled it on last month but I still just got charged again today. I need assistance fully deactivating

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to post today.

 

If you purchased QuickBooks from Apple Store or Google Play, you'll need to contact them for your billing. If you directly bought it from us, please contact our QuickBooks Support. That way, they check this for you, especially your cancellation last month. They have the tools for that. Please contact them today, the same day as the charge date.
