I need help transferring my payment

It's great to see you back in the Community. Let me share some insight into transferring this payment. 

You can easily record a transfer in QuickBooks Online with a few simple steps: 

1. Go to the +New button at the top left-hand menu bar. 
2. Under the "Other" column, select Transfer. 
3. Enter all the information required to complete the transfer. 
4. Hit save and new when finished. 

Afterwards, if you're using Merchant Services (QuickBooks Payments), I recommend switching your checking account to the bank account to ensure the payment goes to the right place next time. Review this guide for more details: Update business and account info for QuickBooks Payments.
