I did my invoice and when ever I was sending it it said that I need to subscribe which I did and it's not working when ever I tried to subscribe it said suspended when ever I went to subscription.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser and navigate to Billing and Subscription menu.

Let me ensure you'll be able to return where you left off, @daraghmanajwa.

 

The QBO account will be suspended if we cannot successfully process payment for your subscription. All cancelled accounts will only be accessible in view mode. Although you cannot add or update data, you can still read all of your company's data. Don't worry, you can always reactivate your subscription by updating your payment information.

 

Proceed as follows:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO as a master admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then pick Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Under Payment method, click Edit.
  5. Enter the updated credit card or bank information in the appropriate fields. Ensure that the billing address in QBO is the same on your credit card statement.
  6. Tap Save changes.

Once the credit card has been updated, the suspension should be lifted shortly or at midnight PST. You can check this article for more insights: If your QuickBooks Online account gets suspended.
