I need the full Employer's Quarterly Contribution and Wage Report. The QB screen went blank when I tried to print, and now I can't get it to pull back up.

Let's work together and fix the blank report when trying to print it in QuickBooks. 

This might be caused by a simple browser issue (latency issues and whatnot). We can close and reopen the browser, then access your QBO account again.

If you still getting blank page when printing the report, then this is likely caused by a cache-related problem. When a browser's cache is full or if there's a corrupted webpage data, it can cause strange behaviors in QuickBooks. 

To confirm this, we can use an incognito or private window (it doesn't use the existing cache data, which is good for spotting cache-related issues): 

• Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
• Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P.

If you'll able to print it with no problem, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to delete the stored junk files. You can switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.
