I need to change company calendar to future date for school

I am working on a project for school in Quickbooks and the calendar is set for the current date.  I need it to reflect the calendar of the future date that is in the project.  I can't figure out how to change it.  Someone please help!

The functionality to set the calendar to a future date in QuickBooks is unavailable at this time. The date is based on the format set on your computer.
