I need to change the subscription payment to a card not linked with my iOS device. How can I get a subscription with current Quickbooks account without my iOS device?

Did your pay your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription via Apple Billing? If so, you may use a web browser and sign in to your Apple ID account page to change to a different credit or debit card. Note that this info will be linked to your account and automatically updated for all apps and services you use with your Apple ID.

Here's how:

1. To go to the Apple ID account page, see: View Apple ID.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID. You might be asked to answer security questions.
3. In the Payment & Shipping section, select Edit. If you're using Family Sharing and purchase sharing is turned on, only your family organizer can update your payment information.
4. Update your payment information.
5. Select Save.

If you'd like to transfer your billing to Intuit directly, the QuickBooks Online support team can help you migrate the billing from Apple to our system. Once done, you’ll be billed directly through QuickBooks. To work with our team to do that, feel free to reach them out using these steps:

1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
2. Select Talk to a Human.
3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
4. Click I still need a human.
5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
6. Choose Get a callback.
