I need to deactivate my plan,I don’t know the usefulness after all.

We really don't want to see you. If you think QuickBooks Online isn't right for your business needs, you can cancel it with just a few easy steps. To do this, consider following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps.
