I need to have a call back ASAP when QB opens on Monday due to death of accountant. Can I schedule something ahead of time now?

Was your late accountant the Primary Admin of your account?

You can check the following reference

This takes time and Intuit may deny your request. As the last resort, you can purchase a third-party service to migrate your data to a new QBO account.

Let me help you contact our support, Kristin.

The callback feature in QuickBooks is currently only available to QuickBooks Online for Accountants (QBOA) and QuickBooks Online (QBO) customers.

However, if you are facing an urgent situation, you may consider reaching out to Intuit's customer support through the available contact options and explaining the urgency of your request. If you need immediate assistance and are unable to schedule a callback, you may want to explore other support channels such as live chat or phone support, if available.

Please check our support hours so you may reach out to us at a time that works for you.

Follow this guide:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Get a callback.

Additionally, if the matter is related to the recent passing of your accountant, it may be helpful to seek temporary accounting support to ensure the continuity of essential financial operations during this challenging time.

With that information, you can contact our call support representative. If you have more questions about your transactions in QuickBooks Online, post them here in the forum. I'll be around to answer. Have a good one!
