Hi there, @facturacion-soci.

It's possible that you've accidentally created another account when subscribing to QuickBooks Online. This can be the reason why you have a new company file.

If you wish to subscribe to your old trial version, you'll want to open its company file first. Then, update your payment information from there. This way, you can continue using the file. Here's how:

  1. Log back into QuickBooks Online page.
  2. Look for the trial company file and click it to open.
  3. Go to Settings, then select Accounts and settings.
  4. Click Billing & subscription
  5. Select Subscribe and enter your payment information.
  6. Click Subscribe

Once done, you can now continue using your old company file in QuickBooks.

In case you need to resubscribe again, check out this article for an additional guide: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online

You're welcome to visit this thread again if you have questions regarding QuickBooks Online. I'm here to assist you.

You will have to cancel the second account and pay your trial account with the regular rate. Another option, if your trial account is not yet expired, utilize the Copy tool to duplicate data to your second account.
