Great to see you here in the Community, @calvinwall. As much as I'd like to call you today, our system automatically masked your phone number for your security. 

 

However, I can walk you through renewing your QuickBooks Online subscription. 

 

To begin with, let's sign in to your account as a primary admin, then go to your Billing and Subscription page to renew or update your payment method. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Settings menu, then select Account and settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Select the Edit option next to your payment method. Please note that QuickBooks only accepts the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex
  4. Update your credit card info and ensure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  5. Select Confirm card or Save.

 

Just in case you'll encounter an error or unable to update your billing details, I'd suggest clearing your cache and cookies. This is to remove temporary files piled up in your browser's cache that are causing the error.

Thank you for joining the the thread, @Hesse. I'll be sharing some details with you about the account renewal.

 

Otherwise, you're unable to use it any longer. This is the reason QBDT won't open in the first place. Renewing your product helps you access the service and acquire the most recent updates in the system, including the latest features like online services and bug fixes.

 

Here's how to renew your subscription:

  1. Go to http://camps.intuit.com.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Under Product and Services, select your subscription.
  4. Click Details.
  5. On the Billing Information section, choose your subscription.
  6. Enter the changes in your payment information.
  7. Click Save and Close.

I'm here to provide information and answer questions to the best of my abilities. Let me help you manage your QuickBooks Account.

 

If you need to update your billing frequency, go to your Billing and Subscription page to edit your payment method. 

 

To do this:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Gear > Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription.
  4. Pick Switch to monthly billing or Switch to annual billing.
  5. Press Switch, and then Done.

 

If you need to resubscribe your account, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign out, then sign in again.
  2. Go to Settings  ⚙, and select Account and Settings
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription, then, Resubscribe.
