I need to run a 2019 940 report.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let me walk you through on how to run a 940 report from 2019. Make sure you have entered all your FUTA payments in QuickBooks. Then, we can customize the Report period to show up in the data. Please follow these steps: 

1. Go to Reports, type Payroll Tax Liability in the search bar. 
2. Customize the Report period.  
3. Click Run Report.  

 
That will point you on the right track to see the specific year on the report.
