I need need to speak with a representative. There was a call button, but now it it gone?

Hi there, userjohn.

 

QuickBooks Online Support changed the way to contact them. This is to ensure you are routed to the right team. The option to call us is still in the system. However, the available options that'll appear depend on your concern. The time to reach the team also matters when contacting them. We also have limited staff and reduced support hours due to the pandemic. They're only open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.

 

I'd recommend going to the Help icon. From there, you can have the option to enter your phone number to request a callback.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.

2. At the top right, click the Help icon.

3. Click Contact Us.

4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern about sub-account data and password access.

5. Click Let's Talk.

6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page. Then, choose Get a callback.

7. Fill in the information. Then, click the Confirm my call button.
