Question

I no longer have the phone number used to verify my account so now it wont let me change accounts etc. how can i get around this?

I want to make sure you're able to verify you account and help you access it. 

 

When you log in to your account, you'll be asked for verification. Did you see the Get a code emailed to option? If so, you'll want to select it to verify your email instead. 

 

If not, you'll want to choose Verify my account a different way (takes longer). Then, click one of the options for verification.

 

 

If you're still unable to proceed, I suggest contacting our support. They'll pull up your account securely and help you change the outdated phone number.
