I want to make sure you're billing concern is resolved, pioneerpropertym.

Account-specific concerns like billing are currently handled by our QuickBooks Self-Employed Live Team. They can pull up your account and check the status of your subscription.

Here's how to get in touch with them.

  1. Click the ? Help menu and choose Contact us button.
  2. In the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) section, describe the problem you're having.
  3. Hit Continue then choose your contact options in the Choose a way to connect with us section.

You can also get our contact details through this link: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

If you're unable to access the Help menu, please use the test-drive account to get in touch with our Live Support Team. This way, you'll be able to speak with our representatives and determine the reason why you're receiving a subscription issue.

The test drive can be accessed through this link: QuickBooks Self-Employed Test-Drive. From there, you can follow the steps I've outlined above.

Once you're able to access your QuickBooks account, you can start tracking transactions by connecting bank accounts. Then, categorize them for your taxes. I'm adding these articles as your guide.

Get back to me by clicking the Reply button below if you have additional questions about your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. I'll be waiting for your response.
