There's an error message that says "Go to your partner to view your subscription details".

Help has arrived, @bs3sports-outloo.

I do have a few solutions to help you fix this and ensure you can categorize your expenses in QuickBooks Online.

Experiencing this dilemma in QuickBooks is typically the result of outdated or corrupted cache files in your web browser. I'd recommend logging in to your account through an incognito window. This way, we can see if it's browser-related.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  •  Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once signed in, re-categorize the expenses to verify if it's running adequately. If it works, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache
